Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, adult, NSFW, or sexually suggestive content, including any such content generated through our AI features.
• Content that sexualizes minors or depicts them in a sexual manner, in any form, real or generated. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Deepfakes, face-swap, or identity-manipulation content of real people without their clear consent.
• Hateful, harassing, threatening, or violent content, including content that promotes discrimination or harm against individuals or groups.
• Content that facilitates illegal activity, including fraud, theft, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Content that impersonates real people or creates deceptive or misleading imagery in violation of these terms.

AI generation rules

• You may not attempt to circumvent, bypass, or prompt-engineer our moderation and safety filters, including by using encoded, obfuscated, alternative, or misspelled terms.
• Generation requests rejected by our moderation systems may not be retried with modified prompts intended to evade the filters.
• You are responsible for ensuring that every prompt you submit and every output you use complies with this policy and applicable law.

Enforcement

• We may reject generation requests, block or remove content, refuse service, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
• Violations may result in loss of access, forfeiture of paid credits or subscription access, and reporting to law enforcement where required or appropriate.
• We may use automated moderation and manual review to detect and address prohibited content.
