Terms of Service

Using GenSVG

• You must use GenSVG only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms.
• You are responsible for the content you upload, prompts you submit, and SVG output you create or download.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or misuse the service.
• You must also comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits NSFW and harmful content generation.

Content rights

• You keep the rights you have in images, prompts, and other content you submit.
• You grant GenSVG a limited license to process your content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
• You must have all rights and permissions needed for uploaded images and generated output, especially for commercial use.

Prohibited content

• You may not use GenSVG to generate, create, upload, share, or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic, adult, NSFW, sexual, or sexually suggestive content, including any such content produced through our AI generation features.
• You may not use GenSVG to create content that sexualizes minors or depicts them in a sexual manner, in any form, real or generated.
• You may not use GenSVG to create deepfakes, face-swap, or identity-manipulation content of real people without their clear consent.
• You may not attempt to bypass or circumvent our content moderation and safety filters, including by using encoded, obfuscated, or alternative terms in prompts.
• We use automated moderation and may review content manually. We may reject generation requests, block or remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Additional restrictions are described in our Acceptable Use Policy.

AI output

Accounts and security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and sign-in credentials.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

Plans, billing, and taxes

• Free and paid plan limits are shown on the pricing page or checkout flow before purchase.
• Paid purchases may be processed by Creem or another merchant of record or payment provider. Checkout terms, tax calculation, receipts, and payment processing may be handled by that provider.
• Prices, limits, and features may change, but changes will not reduce the paid access you already purchased for the active billing period unless required for security or legal reasons.
